Qubus Hotel email

Qubus Hotel website

Qubus is a colossal modern hotel that opened its doors in July 2006. It has brought a much-needed dose of investment to a rather neglected part of old Cracow. Indeed, it already looks like things are turning around as some luxury flats are going up nearby, whilst the popular Galeria Kazimierz mall is a short walk away. Qubus boasts a fantastic view over the river and the Kazimerz district, and guests are offered a complimentary boat-ride. More aquatic entertainment can be enjoyed in the swimming pool and jacuzzi, whilst businessmen can make use of the above par conference facilities. A staggering 194 rooms are available - all air-conditioned - so group bookings are very much on the cards.

Qubus Hotel

Stayed at the Qubus Hotel. Wonderful location. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Superb rooms, leisure centre, swimmng pool, and jacuzzi first class. Good start to the day with excellent breakfast. We did try some restaurants in town but quite honestly we went back to eating at the hotel restaurant which offers a good variety of choice with high quality food and presentation. A*all the way.

We stayed 2 days at QUBUS Krakow and had already planned a 3 day trip to Lublin to stop with some friend and family and return back to krakow. We planned to stop at a different hotel on our return from Lublin, but after our 2 day stay at the QUBUS we felt no other hotel in Krakow could accomodate our needs the way this hotel did so we booked a further 2 more nights and stayed in one of the junior suites. Staff are second to none especially the reception staff and in particular Tomasz. We stayed on the 7th floor with a brilliant view of Wawel Castle. The breakfast is one of the best myself and my partner have ever had and we are very well travelled so that's saying something. We have already booked up a return back in September for 4 nights and some friends are coming with us after hearing what wonderful time we had here.

Myself and my husband, and my sister and partner stayed at the Qubus,at the stsrt of Feb,,We will be definiteley going back what a hotel, cannot complain about anything. The rooms are so comfy, and spottless,We were on the 7th floor, and had a great view of the river, with the snow falling ,and people skiing down the pathway of the river,it was really magical. To me its a very well positioned hotel with a shopping mall just across the river, about 5mins away.

"i stayed here 6th-8th Feb 2008. Wow, really impressed, beautiful, clean, friendly and a breakfast to die for. Within walking distance to the town centre, although public tranport available. For those who are enjoying the non smoking ban, sadly this was my only negative. i had a 6 month old baby and people are just lighting up left, right and centre. also no travel cots.otherwise excellant hotel, i'd go back in a flash."

We stayed at the Qubus from 19 - 23 November 2007 and were very impressed with the facilities and standards in all respects. The hotel enjoys a superb location for visits to the the Jewish Quarter and Old Town sights, the staff were very friendly and efficient, and the breakfast buffet was probably the best I have seen. One tiny minus point was that I found it strange that a hotel of this standard does not offer tea / coffee making facilities in the rooms, but, overall, I would have no hesitation in recommending the Qubus and would certainly return.

I've just come back from a long weekend (4 day) break in Krakow with my partner, staying at the Qubus and I can't speak too highly of the hotel. Our room was a good size, with flat screen TV and internet access and everything was new and good quality.

The entrance foyer/bar area was spacious and tasteful and the reception staff were very pleasant and helpful, with an excellent command of English. We particularly loved the pool, spa, sauna and steam room and the fitness room looked to be very well equipped too though we didn't actually try it.

Walking over to the castle area was quite simple and took about 10 to 15 minutes, and the old Jewish area of Kazimierz was little more than 5 or 6 minutes away. Trams were the best way of getting around and we found the 9, 13, 24 and 34 took us from near the hotel to the station and old town and from there we were happy to wander about on foot - always the best way to see a place anyway.

I'd happily stay at the Quebus if visiting Krakow again - they made us feel very welcome.

The only, very mild negative was that the foyer bar closed at 12.00 midnight, and we thought that was a bit early. However, there are two music clubs at the hotel anyway so a late night drink and good music is never far away.

I travel a lot on business around Europe & the Qubus is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for long time.
It is a short Tram ride from the city centre & station (Tram 13 or 74) or a very pleasant ten minute walk.
This is a fairly new hotel, my room & all the public areas are in immaculate condition.
I had a lovely room with all the amenities you could wish for (flat screen TV, internet access, mini-bar, ironing board, super range of toiletries, etc).
Add to this very polite professional staff, a relaxing lobby bar & a brilliant breakfast.
All in all the Qubus is an excellent 4* hotel that would give a lot of 5* hotels a run for their money.
Highly Recommended !
