Cracow Rent has taken over two floors of a townhouse near the Old Town Gate. They have renovated nine flats in all, each well-equipped with modern amenities. All flats come with TV, a bathroom (with shower) and fully-furnished kitchens. Rooms have been decorated in light cheery colours. The main market square is just a few minutes walk, as is ther main railway station. You can stock up on your supplies at the 700 year old Stary Kleparz Farmers Market, which is just round the corner. Cracow Rent can also help to organize tours of the city as well as trips tyo destinations further afield.

Location: Very handy to the Main city sights
Sign very small and hard to find
Rooms- Dark and adequate
Stairs- many bags difficult but secure
Security : Very very Secure behind 3 locked doors
Bathroom –clean and spacious
Management- Very helpful immediate response to all questions
Carparking. Secure 24hour staffed carparking- off site - almost as expensive as hotel cost

My wife and I have stayed here twice. The flats are very conveniently located and the accommodation is simple, comfortable and well-equipped. Prices are pretty reasonable and the proprietors are friendly and helpful. Security is good.

The only downside is the stairs which can be a bit hard for those whose legs are past their best.
