I arrived late (about midnight) and I was warm welcomed outside of the apartment. I got map and explanation about what to do in Karakow. We felt as if we were staying in a friend's flat and not some soulless hotel. Thanks to all the staff who were so kind and helped us with all our (probably annoying!) questions with such enthusiasm and style - well done to you! Everyhting we needed was sorted out for us, including a memorable and very moving trip to Auschwitz. | | "Very good location - the place was warm, clean and full of character. The furniture was tasteful, and thankfully not the sort of IKEA-inspired boring stuff you'd find in most hotels. At the end of our trip we felt we had actually stayed in and experienced POLAND, and much of that was due to the fact we had been based in this flat. If we'd stayed in some chain hotel we could have been anywhere...! Everything was well organised and airport pickups were arranged. | | "This is so convenient for the heart of Cracow; literally a three minute walk to the market square. Even in the -25c. temperatures outside the apartment was warm and comfortable. Lots of original art on the walls. Kitchen is for preparing snacks only, but with all these cheap and good restaurants around, only a hermit would want to eat at home.
