 | | "What a lovely hotel! Our room faced the street and we had no difficulties with noise unless the clip-clop of horses bothers you. The staff went over and beyond to accommodate my disabled parents (perfectly accessible room) and were always on hand to answer questions. The breakfast was lovely, the beds were soft and housekeeping kept everything immaculate. We will definitely stay here again!" | Susan United States Sep.28.2009 Overall rating 5/5 |
 | | "Really nice hotel right by the medieval wall... Romantic view over the turrets from our window..." | Karen & Alex United Kingdom Sep.28.2009 Overall rating 4/5 |
 | | "Great location, professional staff and comfortable, clean rooms. Thanks." | Kazimierz Kopacz United States May.20.2009 Overall rating 4/5 |
 | | "What a charming hotel, great location and attentive staff, we had a room at the front on the first floor looking out on the city wall although small was fabulous !.... that is until the early hours when the noise outside becomes a bit irritating. That said our friends had a room at the rear suffered no such disturbances and their room was much bigger. All the hotel tastefully decorated and this adds to the charm. Would certainly recommend the hotel......... Great !!!" | John & Sharon Fletcher United Kingdom Feb.23.2009 Overall rating 4/5 |
 | | "Enjoyed our snowy weekend in Krakow, even though we'd had a fair bit in London too. We had a view of the medieval towers from our window. Just like the Brothers Grimm. Hotel seems recently renovated so had a fresh feel. Above all location good. Not sure about the lard served in local restaurants though? A local delicacy?! " | Ed & Sue Charrington United States Feb.18.2009 Overall rating 4/5 |
 | | ""elegant charm " is exactly right - what a place!" | Matthew United Kingdom Jan.22.2009 Overall rating 5/5 |
 | | "MAde me feel like staying in the castle... nice antique decor and furniture really set the atmosphere and made Krakoow that much more speciel." | Hannes Germany Dec.11.2008 Overall rating 4/5 |
 | | "This hotel is in a very convenient location, near the main square in Krakow. The room I stayed in is lovely and charming. The staff is friendly. I plan to be back in Krakow in May 2008 with my family and will stay at this hotel. My Polish friend recommended this hotel and I liked it. " | Robert Manongdo United States Mar.31.2008 Overall rating 5/5 |
 | | "I gather that this is one of the oldest hotels in Cracow, owned by the Czartoryski princes who have the museum next door. We found it in good nick. A recent renovation has created a fresh feel. Not over glamorous but just right for what we needed. Lovely location in the Old Town" | Michael Banyard United States Feb.15.2008 Overall rating 4/5 |
 | | "Great location, friendly staff and comfortable, well-furnished rooms. Despite nestling within the walls of a bustling city Hotel Polski is quiet and peaceful, I would recommend it highly. " | Simon Swan United Kingdom Jul.11.2007 Overall rating 4/5 |
 | | "Warm and pleasant hotel ideally located for the Market Square and shops restaurants and bars. Warm cosy bar which was important as we were in a group and was ideal for meeting up. Our room was quiet overlooking the back, and being on a corner was very spacious. I would recommend this hotel to friends as it was very well priced. We booked this hotel through this website after reading the reviews - as well as the two restaurants that we ate at. Nothing but praise for cracow-life.com." | Lynda Robinson United Kingdom Dec.07.2006 Overall rating 4/5 |
 | | "Fantastically well-located hotel. Very friendly front desk and helpful staff throughout. Our suites were of very good size, and well decorated, but one minor drawback, there is now a nightclub/bar under the right front corner of the of the hotel which means that things are less peaceful than they used to be. Would definitely return but personally would ensure I had a room in a quiet position in the hotel. As previous reviewer mentioned, next-door museum (truly sublime & worth a visit) has Leonardo da Vinci painting." | Peter Bradshaw United Kingdom Jun.13.2006 Overall rating 4/5 |
 | | "This Hotel is stylish, making good use of the historical builkding it is in, but thoroughly renovated, with a very helpful and friendly front desk. The location in the old town is superb - close to all the attractions, but quiet at night. It is reasonably priced, and I wouldn't hesitate to make it my first choice if I go back to Krak—w. It is ironic, however, that it is located next door to the most glorious art museum in Poland, and across the street from a city wall (7 x 20 meters!) hung by day with the most awful kitch street art..." | John Uhlemann United States Jul.13.2005 Overall rating 4/5 |
