'Secesja' was the Polish art nouveau, and an understated echo of that style runs throughout this pleasant hotel. It's located in the ancient Christian quarter of Kazimierz and two of the city's finest churches (both of which host excellent concerts) are just round the corner. In Summer it's an agreeable five minute walk along the river to the Royal Castle. Kazimierz itself is gradually shrugging off its tatty old image and a short walk east you can discover the enchanting Jewish quarter. Hotel Secesja is an ideal base from which to discover these areas. It has 26 rooms, including 20 doubles, four singles and two apartments. A pleasant restaurant is also on hand, as is a modern conference room.

Friendly and helpful staff, my single room was a bit small, however the fantastic location in Kazimierz made up for it.

A nice little hotel, clean and well furnished. The staff were courteous and helpful, only breakfast could be a little bit better.

We tried to get into some of the fancier hotels, but owing to what turned out to be a NATO conference, we had problems getting in. However, we found this a pleasant enough spot, and had a smashing view. Surrounding area seems "bohemian,:"

Very classy. Had a single room, and though it was a bit small it was perfect for me on my business trip. Clean, convenient location.

The area is very quiet and has a local feel, while the hotel itself is modern and our room was great- everything you need and clean.

On a quiet street. We had lovely views over a beautiful church. Good for exploring Kazimierz district. Enjoyed Cracow.

Comfortable and affordable, wasn't at all far from the old town area. The staff is great. I would visit again.
