Hotel Secesja

|
'Secesja' was the Polish art nouveau, and an understated echo of that style runs throughout this pleasant hotel. It's located in the ancient Christian quarter of Kazimierz and two of the city's finest churches (both of which host excellent concerts) are just round the corner. In Summer it's an agreeable five minute walk along the river to the Royal Castle. Kazimierz itself is gradually shrugging off its tatty old image and a short walk east you can discover the enchanting Jewish quarter. Hotel Secesja is an ideal base from which to discover these areas. It has 26 rooms, including 20 doubles, four singles and two apartments. A pleasant restaurant is also on hand, as is a modern conference room. |

Friendly and helpful staff, my single room was a bit small, however the fantastic location in Kazimierz made up for it.
