They're spacious, clean and funcional. The only drawback was the continuous noise from drunken revellers in the street below, going on till dawn. Although it is a small apartment it has everything you need including an excellent bathroom and shower. It is comfortable, clean and in a superb, quiet, location literally minutes away from the main tourist sites and many great bars and restaurants. An added bonus is the proximity of the airport bus stop, main bus and train stations and tourist information which are all within 5 minutes walking distance. We were met by very friendly staff who gave us some good tips on things to do and places to eat. These offered a refreshing alternative to those featured in our guide book! I had planned the surprise trip for my boyfriend who had always wanted to go to Krakow. The Apartment was superb, the location was excellent and next to a wonderful little bakery. The company were helpful with transfers and there was a very helpful lady who waited for us late in the evening to give us the keys.
The room looks just like the photographs, although the decor isn't as nice.

Having just come from Prague though, we had wished it was all a bit more "quality", i.e bigger, nicer bath towels, beds/bedding of a bit higher comfort quality. But the location made up for it. Would also hope the meeting at the train station scenario has been sorted, as we waited nearly 40 minutes for someone to meet us, and that's no fun. Fantastic location within a stones throw of shops, restaurants and bars. Extremely close to the main square, Bacillica Church and only a 10 mintue walk to the Castle. When we come back to Poland, we will definitely be booking with you again. Enjoyed the lovely food, very friendly people and of course the VODKA !
(Only one thing was that there was a door buzzer outside on the wall that belonged to the flat above I believe. It continued to let out a high pitched noise which unfortunately kept us awake on our last night. But hopefull this fault will be sorted out by now.
