Hotel Florian

Hotel Florian is located a little to the north of the city centre. Its a pretty unpretentious sort of a place. What you get here is clean, cheap rooms, each with a bathroom, and home cooking downstairs in the restaurant. Rooms are in singles, doubles and triples. Being near the cemetery isnt quite a black as it sounds as Rakowicki is one of most beautiful in this part of Europe and many famous Poles are buried there. This is a quiet part of the city, and it takes about ten minutes to get to the centre of town by tram.

How confusing! I booked a stay at the Hotel Florian only to find that I should have contacted Hotel Florya in the centre. Nevertheless, Hotel Florian proved to be ok but basic. The 1 receptionist who spoke english excellent help
