Alexander Hotel

|
The Alexander Hotel is a recent three-star addition to the Cracow scene, located just outside Cracow's Planty gardens, and within easy walking distance of all the main sites. For those who want to have a look at some of the interesting places a little further afield, such as Wieliczka, Tyniec, Ojcow, Zakopane and Czestochowa, The Alexander will gladly organise trips. 35 comfortable, well-equipped rooms are on offer, all with bathrooms, air-conditioning, minibars, satellite TV, radio, telephone and internet connection. There's also a sauna and gym. Excellent, well-equipped facilities for business meetings in a splendid room overlooking the old Carmelite church. The hotel also has a restaurant serving up Polish and international food, as well as a decent bar. |

I stayed in the Alexander II, on ul. Zamenhofa, their second hotel in the Alexander chain. Fantastic hotel in a refurbished old apartment block. Great breakfast, great value. highly recommended
