Almost everything you need for a city break break. Breakfast was fantastic, I could have sat there all day. Staff very friendly. Only thing missing was swimming pool, totally expected it to have one as I believe the Sheraton has one and we nearly stayed there. However we were only there a few days, so didn't really matter. Only chose Radisson because it was closer to the center and pleased we did. Will be back.

The room I've got is facing the garden so it provides a rather relaxing view. Good location, we where able to walk to all major attractions, including the Castle and the main Square.

Loved this Hotel. First Radisson I've stayed in and wasn't my first choice but will certainly be back and use them again. Buffet was out of this world!

Can't complain - it's just as good as any Radisson around the world! Beautiful location with the Wawel castle just down the street and the gorgeous Planty park out the window. Restaurants not bad too!

We were very well looked after at the Radisson. And the rooms were warm - very much appreciated given that it was -15 outside. Still, Krakow magical in the snow. I'll be back with a bearskin jacket!

Excellent. Tip top service and great location. Would heartily recommend. View from our room over pretty nineteenth century parkland bordering the Old Town. Good bar on the ground floor.
