Very friendly and helpful staff. High standard of rooms. Garage Parking at Hotel is a big plus for those with a car.

Extremely helpful staff, we were given maps and shown best points of interests. Really couldn't thank them enough. Rooms were ok - simple and clean.

Stayed there on a business trip just a week ago. Good hotel, clean and well located. Many business travelers and good size conference room.

Indeed, 5 minute walk from the main square and 10 minute walk from the train station. Fantastic free wi-fi was very helpful. Breakfast was good selection of continental dishes, BUT GET THERE EARLY! cause not much left before 10 am.

I highly recommend the Atrium Hotel. It is in the best location! 1 min walk to a fresh food market, 4 min walk to central shopping centre and 4 min walk to the Old Town (Rynek Glowny).

We loved the farmers market round the corner! Not many of those left in England these days. Hotel handy being next to Old Town. Reasonable prices, which was good.

A nice hotel at a nice price, can't complain!

Much better than I expected from such a good price, and the location good, in the middle of town. Recommend!

Nice hotel, at a high standard for the price! We had a great weekend here, made our Krakow stay that much better (though the city alone was great!)

The Hotel is close enough to the Krakow central rail station and the Galleria Krakowska. Lovely very helpful staff would definitely stay there again.

Just spent an excellent three nights at the Atrium Hotel. What a find! The whole place was immaculately clean, the bed very comfortable, good reading lights , and an excellent shower room with heated floor. As well as all these positive points the staff were co helpful and the buffet breakfast more than adequate. We will definitely be back.

The Hotel Atrium was in an excellent location very close to the town centre, the triple room was very spacious with a generous sized bathroom. The continental breakfast was ok, a good choice of foods available catering for all tastes.

Very nice hotel. Spotlessly clean throughout. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Buffet breakfast excellant with everything you would want. Only 2 complaints were due to rowdy and inconsiderate guests coming in late at night (not the Hotels fault). The walls do seem a bit thin! Still a great hotel to stay in as it is very well located, less than a 5 minute walk to the barbican and the old town walls. We would stay there again.

This is a great hotel, only a few minutes walk from the Market square with friendly and always helpful staff. You should use the Hotels taxi's to take you to the Salt Mines and Auschwitz. The driver was great he even brought us to see Schindler's factory on the way back. Oh and for dinner head to Da Pietro in the market square.

This hotel rocks. It's super clean, in a great location. The staff is laid back and accomodating. I love the breakfast bar. Oh, and if you're gay, check out the nearby Klub 7.

Lovely hotel. Everyone was really helpful and went out of their way to make a stay a pleasent one. We used the Hotel Taxi to get us to Auschwitz and the airport. A fantastic idea... saved us the hassle of public transport!

reviewed by Izzy from United Kingdom on Apr.19.2005

Immaculate is just the word to describe this hotel. We felt very bad arriving and sloshing slushy steps onto the highly polished floor in the reception area! Our room was very simple (we were hardly there anyway), but the bathroom was excellent, including a heated floor. The hotel staff never got bored with our questions, whether we were asking them about buses, castles, food, polish pronunciation or whatever, and we were very sad to be leaving.
