Owned by the popular radio station, RMF FM, which broadcasts from this nineteenth century military fortress on the top of Tadeusz Kosciuszko's mound, the hotel offers great views out over the city, and an altogether unique way of enjoying Cracow. Old cannons dotted around the forecourt add a quirky note to an upmarket hotel with sizeable bedrooms and well-equipped bathrooms. The Old Town is about ten minutes away by taxi. An especially good choice in the summer, if you want to get away from the heat of the city centre.
