Much of this smart hotel occupies one of key private residences of pre-war Cracow. It was here that many of Poland's literati used to gather for a bit of witty banter and gossip, and fair few tots of vodka too. During the wilderness years of the Cold War era, the palace lost much of it splendour, but the team at Holiday Inn have done their best to bring the building back to life, whilst also adding a sleek, modern glass extension. Don't expect antique interiors and trimmings, but do expect bankable quality and good service. Besides the central location, its worth considering if you're thinking of a group booking - Holiday Inn Krakow City Center can boast 154 air-conditioned rooms and all with satellite television.

the staff was extremely helpful throughout my stay, location was also good, 5 minutes from the main market and 7 minutes from Kazimierz.

Yes I suppose it does qualify for being "City Center". Took us about 4 mins to walk to square. All in all a decent place. Nothing revolutionary, but was absolutely fine for us and we loved Krakow.

Good quality hotel at a good location, though a bit pricey by American standards.

As with any Holiday Inn, there's a good standard of quality here, and all of the amenities you'd expect, though if you're looking for a unique experience this isn't it.

Conveniently across the street from some great clubs ;)

Really excellent location - you can't find a better spot for exploring both the Old Town and the Jewish District. The standard is what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn - nothing special, but clean, convenient, with a nice breakfast buffet and the usual comforts.

The Holiday Inn in Krakow is located in the absolute perfect location for exploring the city - halfway between the Old Town and Kazimierz. The room was clean and had everything I needed.
