Naturalny Sklepik

Hidden away in a courtyard behind Bagatela, this little shop is a real find. With its folkloric wooden decor, it's the kind of place that you could well imagine Hansel and Gretel turning up in. The exotic range of odds and ends make it a delight for those on a hunt for something a little bit unusual. It must be one of very few places in Cracow where you can track down spices from all around the world, and all dispensed by hand like an old-fashioned Chinese chemists. In addition to the many intriguing products, Naturalny Sklepik also offers a wide range of fresh vegetarian produce and more, such as vegetables, organic cheeses from around the world, fish from wild fisheries, organic wines from family-run vineyards, bread, olives by weight, Polish regional specialities such as Bunc and Oscypek, youghurt from sheep and goat milk and soy, from around the world, and meat from a naturally reared animals. And that's all without even beginning on the cosmetic products such as soaps and body lotions, which again are produced from natural ingredients. In fact, stepping through the door of this hidden treasure trove of natural goodness is like walking into another world - definitely worth a try!

I was on trip in Cracow and I saw this shop. We ain't got time to come in and I regret because I love natural food ;(
Hope to visit it next time..

Nice shop for ecological food where you get beside of a lot of spices and teas also all vegan basics... The only place I know in krakow where you find asian curry pastes or arabic tahina and halva.
