The Tesco supermarket chain is known throughout the world, so perhaps it needs no introduction. If you need a car battery, an electric fan, a grill (and meat for it), some vegetables, a bottle of wine, or just about everything from school supplies and electronics to sushi-making ingredients, you can find it all with just one stop at Tesco. The supermarket is located in the south of the city, across the river from the Old Town, but is easily accessible by bus or tram from the centre. |

And the winners are...
Forget about the Oscars, these are the awards that count in Krakow, year on year.
We refer of course to the Cracow-life Best Places accolad...

Same old scrum of people like back in the UK, plus the added entertainment at this time of year of people selecting their carp from a barrel. (By the way, it does not taste good!)
