Accent School of Polish

I've been studying at Accent School of Polish for about 3 years and have been really very happy. The classes have been great and I feel like I've made a lot of progress. But also, the atmosphere of the school is really wonderful-always very welcoming and helpful. It's a pleasure to go every week.

CHAIYO Therapy Center

Worning! Watch out when u paying with CC card, do not let them bill you in Euro, because this way you will be charge additional 6% fee on your account for DCC , this option the owner ofnthis joint activated in PayPal so they save on transaction fee for terminal using etc....anynway the massage itself was great, but the place is madly could, they do not have proper heat in that old building, so I almost got frost bites durning my oil massage.....so before u go make sure that outside tempeture is ot below 0 :(((((

Accent School of Polish

Super-friendly place, great teachers are extreeeeemely smart and well-educated. And a really nice vibe--moving to Krakow from California has been pretty intimidating, but the Accent culture is so welcoming and supportive whenever I walk into their building I feel like everything's going to be ok.

Accent School of Polish

Great school! I've been to different language schools in a number of countries, and this one is definitely one of the best. The teachers are very kind and patient and know how to make learning a language fun. I also really appreciate the small groups and the attempts to find a right group (both schedule and level-wise) for everyone. The activities they organize are fun too :-) I'd really recommend this school to anyone.

Maniewski Hair Club

I just came back from this salon, mr.Maniewski did great job on hair cut,but some other guy who had my hair styled, did horrible job.totally lock of experience waisted on styiling 2 hours (!?) .my hair was like hay and i could not even insert my fingers into my hair. It upset me very much, which totally ruined my whole experience and gave me headache.

Dharma Spa

We need to get the thing straight, they have wide offer of the massage, but do not get full by that thing, they do not have Real massage there, first of all Masage is done by girls from Bali, but they have no Idea about Swedish massage and Thai massage at all, sorry, but that is true and I am pissed off, becouse the receptionist gaveto me false information, so if you are looking for proffessional massage that is not the place...never again, that all

Jagiellonian University Summer School

Best place I ever learned Polish, I learned all of the fundamentals here, its worth the investment, professional teachers and interesting program, I would give it 11/10 if possible!

Accent School of Polish

Course was okay, alot of useless grammar, teaching methods seemed out-of-date. Nice instructors, although sometimes unprepared and really stuck to the books, nothing creative. I have taken Polish in 4 different schools, this one was the worst. Good location.

Jagiellonian University Summer School

Some of the best times I've had in my life were at the Jagiellonska summer school. I have been twice on this program and both times drastically improved my polish reading and writing with very competent and friendly teachers. After classes, I have met many life friends from all over the world whilst staying in the student halls (dom studenski Piast) who explored the wonderful city of Krakow with me (day and night) sharing priceless experiences. I would recommend this course to anyone who has even the slightest interest in Polish language and culture.

Ambra Day Spa

Our law office visited Krakow ultimo November 2011 and 4 of us went to Ambra Day Spa. We were all very satisfied with the treatments. I have been there many times and had many various treatments and have enjoyed them all very much. Would love to go back.

Ryanair

I must say that I would always choose Easy Jet over Ryan Air, even it the price is more expensive. The staff in EJ is way nicer and planes are better too.

Ryanair

Ryanair have tons of flights to and from Krakow to the UK. They seem to be completely dominating the routes. BA and LOT no longer fly from Krakow to the UK, and only EasyJet is giving them a run for their money. I have found them to be OK but the service is basic and not that cheap once you add baggage, insurance, etc etc.

Euroculture Studies

Studying Euroculture in Kraków has been one of the best experiences of my life. Participating in an very multinational and interdisciplinary master programme was a good choice to begin with, but choosing the Jagiellonian University really made it all the better. Plunging yourself in Polish bureaucracy has never been this easy with the help of the great and very helpful coordinating team. It gives you a wonderful opportunity to live in the magical city of Kraków, and experience the traditions of Poland's oldest university. Taking the academic oath in the Collegium Novum, being taught by great professors, discovering the unique café culture.. the list could go on, but I think I made my point. A+, Väl godkänd, a Polish 5! (the highest grade you can get in Poland :)

Euroculture Studies

Euroculture provides more than just an academic education. It help to expand your transnational network with dozens of new friends, grants you the opportunity to live in up to four different countries and assist in the development of your intercultural communication skills. Adjusting to different (academic) cultures in and outside Europe will prove of enormous value, not just for your career but also for you as a human being. Besides having the opportunity to travel to places you have never been before, the programme provides funding and custom-made options for the development of your choice. My time in Euroculture is almost over, but I will carry its heritage on into the rest of my days in the world. Thnx, guys!

Joka

Matt, you should have known you need an international driver license. its not their fault you failed to do your due dilligence in researching a foreign country> Similiar to austria, you need one too as well as a vignette on your windshield for example. You should have done your research.

Perla Day Spa

My husband and I went to Perla Day Spa as part of our anniversary celebration. Overall... we paid for an hour and got 40 minutes. Here are the details: Our appt was at 7PM and we arrived 15 minutes early to enjoy the atmosphere; however, the door was locked. We waited a few minutes then went around the corner for a drink and came back at 7. The door was still locked and this time we knocked harder. A therapist opened the door and told us to sit down. We were not offered anything to drink and she hurried back to her client whose massage was interrupted. The waiting room is decorated nicely, but the seats are basically outdoor ratan furniture with dirty looking seat covers. The place had candles and a buddha and soft lighting, which was nice, but the waiting room and the bathroom both smelled really bad of mildew and mold. Our hour massage started at 715 and both of us enjoyed the therapy, which was professional. The only thing I would change about this is that they should turn the beds around so that clients would face the beautiful decorations rather then a dark plain wall and then also, the therapist wouldn't need to leave you to walk to the other side of the room to get the oil. Music was OK, temperature and lighting good. The worst part was that our hour massage was only 40 minutes. We questioned the therapist and she said, "it's supposed to be ABOUT an hour - 45-50 minutes." We were out the door at 8:05 after changing and paying. I would never go back and NEVER recommend!
