I agree with negative reviews for this agency. They don't get in touch with you and don't answer any questions...

What a terrible agency, my flat has been with them for some years but not any longer, ther service is dreadful when i have asked them to adjust the rate they did not do it, despite being reminded, they even phoned up once to ask me if the apartment was still for rent!!!

I don't know anything about Ober Haus, but I know the very different meanings of "disinterested," the word you previous reviewer used, and "uninterested," which is what he meant.

Terrible service by bored, disinterested and not very clever staff.
Even decided to be rude to me.
Their answer to my query was to flip through a newspaper looking for a property.
Very, very bad!!
