Our law office visited Krakow ultimo November 2011 and 4 of us went to Ambra Day Spa. We were all very satisfied with the treatments. I have been there many times and had many various treatments and have enjoyed them all very much. Would love to go back.

Spędziłam cudowne chwile ukojenia w salonie Ambra Day Spa. To było wielkie przeżycie, jestem pod dużym wrażeniem wykonywanych zabiegow, ale również samego lokalu, który urządzony jest z wyczuciem i elegancją - można tutaj naprawdę wypocząć i czuć sie zrelaksowanym. Maja na to wpływ piękne estetyczne wnętrza z dbałością o detale, nieskazitelna czystość pomieszczeń oraz relaksacyjna muzyka, nowoczesny sprzęt oraz wysokiej jakości zabiegi.

went to get waxed in June 2010 and it was an adventure for sure, but everything went smoothly. they offer you a beverage upon entrance too. :) very nice and they all spoke perfect English.

I am writing to you in order to share our experience from Ambra Day Spa. My name is Tsvetana Mazeva-Katsanevakis. Me and my husband we stayed in Krakow for a long weekend from 10th till 14th of Dec 2009. We have visited Ambra Day Spa twice during that period. We would like to say that this Spa center has a very high level of services and the personnel is very competent, professional and friendly. Ambra Day Spa is great and I had very nice and relaxing time. They have very good range of treatments and comparing to other beauty places in Krakow they have very good website with all the prices included: www.ambraspa.pl and you can also book your appointment via email: recepcja@ambraspa.pl. Also the staff at the spa was very nice as well and very helpful and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who likes to pamper themselves on their holidays. Can’t wait until my next visit.

Some of the treatments are excellent. They use quality products and are always trying to present and promote new lines and service. There are times though that the staff is harried --so they to finish up quickly and take shortcuts. If one is a tourist, one probably would not notice.... but if one is a regular this can be disappointing and frustrating, The staff is well trained in general and the spas (there are 2 locations) are immaculately maintained. Book earlier in the week to avoid feeling/being rushed. The caviar treatment is remarkable.
