Train is way quicker indeed, especially during the peak hours. Highly recommended!

Very convenient for longer destinations, however if you are just going to the centre of Krakow from Balice airport- a fast train is a way better option!

Definitely a good idea if you are coming at late night hours or with a group. We were actually quite surprised that it wasn't too expensive either.
