Alstar Squash Fitness Club

Alstar offers a whole host of programmes for fitness aficionados. Bodyshape, Dance and Total Body Conditioning sessions are all on rotation. You can also take the tempo down with some Yoga classes. Alternatively, you can pump away in the body-building room, which has a rowing machine, weight-lifting and much much more.

"We just loved this place! Of course its pretty small and maybe a little amateuristic. But the people are really friendly, the prices are good, the service is great and ofcourse the woman are really beautifull. We just loved it there was a sauna for after the squash."

"I have only seen the gym at Alstar and it is truly pathetic. Many apartment complexes in the US have better gyms. The place is small with no mirrors. The equipment is amateur class at best. Definitely not worth 12 PLN for a visit."
