It's that time again! Beautiful scenery, world-class athletes, and the greatest finish line of 'em all. That's right, the Cracovia Marathon is on!
Growing in popularity and renown every year, Cracow's Marathon attracts some of the world's best long-distance runners and gives them the honor of showing off their talents to the beautiful backdrop that is Cracow in May!
The route leads contenders (and bystanders) through some of the city's most recognized sites: Beginning at the giant Blonia Commons, along the winding Vistula River, through the off-beat Nowa Huta district and finally finishing - where else - right on the Main Market Sqaure!
Last year saw Henry Kapkyai of Kenya and Zahia Damani of France win the big race. Kamel Kohil of Algeria took the honors for the Half Marathon.
Along with a larger crowd of onlookers and participants, the Marathon successfully attracts a ever-growing list of sponsors. This year we are very proud to say that Cracow Life is an Official Friend of the 4th Annual Cracovia Marathon! (Look for our snazzy logo on the Square!)
Don't let this opportunity slip by! Come see some of the world's finest athletes set to the beautiful Cracovian background!
