The Students Have The Keys To The City
The keys to the city have been temporarily turned over to throngs of students, who have descended on the city centre for the weekend-long festival known as Juwenalia.
Dressed in all manner of costume, from curious to crazy, the partygoers have free-license to get on their groove.
