Krakow Aquarium Opens

After many stops and starts, Krakow's aquarium re-opened for business in late November. Occupying the same nineteenth century building that provided its previous home, the aquarium is an entirely revised affair, as overseen by American entrepreneur Nathan Gendreau.

One floor has now been opened to visitors, and a second level is forthcoming. The aquarium, which can be found at ul. Sw. Sebastiana 9, bills itself as "the largest in Poland." There are reduced tickets for the inaugural month.
