Krakow Tennis Champ Wins Again

Agnieszka Radwanska from Krakow earned a hard fought victory against Russia rival Nadia Petrova in the final of the Eastbourne UK International Women's Competition on Saturday, making this her third title win this year.

The former junior champion of Wimbledon is in impressive form, although she had to dig deep against Petrova in a three set match that lasted more than two and half hours, and was grateful when Petrova gifted her a service game in the final set - the final score was 6-4, 4-6 (13-11), 6-4.

The nineteen year old represents a major Polish hope for Wimbledon this year and is ranked 14th in the world. Her younger sister, Urszula has also won the Wimbledon juniors and could be one to watch for the future.
