At Last, Something New (in Art)

 

The National Museum of Krakow, together with the modern art gallery Bunkier Sztuki have organized a new exhibition titled At Last, Something New!. Not only is the exhibition important in bring contemporary Polish artists into the spotlight, but it will be hosted on the first floor of the Sukiennice, the normal home of the National Museum's Gallery of 19th Century Polish Art - this is something new indeed! The exhibition will present over 300 pieces of contemporary art in different mediums from over 60 Polish artists of international renown.

Tonight, the exhibition organizers will be holding a special exhibition opening event at the Sukiennice, where the exhibition will be on display until the 15th of August. The festivities start at 7:30 p.m. and will surely give one something to talk about before heading off to the clubs.
