Art Action!
It's all very last minute, hush-hush, mysterious etc. And in the light of the accompanying 'Rekawka Revelry', it may even be tempting fate to plug something so ill-defined. But in short, a little bird has told us that acclaimed Slovak artist Miro Svolik is staging a special event today at the foot of Wawel Castle.
If our sources are correct, Mr Slovik will be ascending into the skies in a crane, from where he will take some snaps of the strange goings on that are being planned in these whereabouts.
What will it be? Is it something along the lines of Spencer Tunick's New York escapades, in which hundreds of people were photographed standing stark naked? Probably not. After all this is Cracow. What will it be? We simply don't know. We don't even know what time Mr. Svolik is due to turn up, although logic tells us that it will be when the sun is still shining.
OK, enough hypothesizing. If nothing happens, it's a beautiful Spring Day, so any excuse is good enough to have a walk around the Planty....
