Party with Paddy

Revelers are preparing to paint the town green as St. Patrick's Day is with us once again. Cracow and Dublin might seem a long way apart, but that won't stop Poles getting into the spirit. Indeed, the Irish and the Poles share a love of spirits and beers, and the larks are sure to last until dawn and beyond.

There are a couple of genuinely Irish gaffs in town, so those after the real deal - and real guinness to match - should try the Irish Arms at ul. Poselska. Alternatively, musketeers with a taste for something a bit different might try Nic Nowego, owned by another friendly Irish fellow (find it at ul. Krzyza 15).

Meanwhile, Gaelforce, who have been dubbed 'The Ferrari of Irish Dance', (not by Alan Partridge) are revving up for action at the Wisla Sports Centre. They'll be twirling their way through a series of sensational moves - only a spoilsport would join Alan in saying 'dere's more to Oireland dan dis.' Enjoy!
