Maciej Zurawski has all the necessary ingredients to be a success at Celtic, according to the man about to sell him.

The 28-year-old returned to Poland on Wednesday after two days of talks at Parkhead. Both club and player declared the negotiations encouraging and the striker promised to let Gordon Strachan know within a matter of days whether he is to be the new Hoops coach´s second signing.

President of Zurawski´s club Wisla Krakow, Janusz Basalaj, said: "He is a European-style player and I think he would do very well at Celtic."
