Wentzl Hotel is wonderfully located in the heart of the pedestrianised market square.Traditionally furnished rooms with moden bathrooms all immaculately cleaned.The staff particularly reception could not have been more knowledgable or helpful fixing all of our guides and visits.Breakfast in the first floor restaurant extremely plentyful and varied all in all first class.

Had weighing scale in room. Had wash cloths and facial tissues in rooms. Staff was very helpful and arranged our two excursions. Breakfast was very good.

Room on the 4th floor was good - great view of Square. Room was hot at night despite AC and noisy if left door to balcony open, especially over the weekend. Staff attentive and courteous.

Personal vas very helpful and polite. The only bad thing was to be robbed into changin money near to hotel. And... I have made deal with freebookers in euros. When the cashier turn euros to Zlotys and back to euros the amount was about ten prosent higher.!! The room was neat and comfort and big enought. The wiew to market place always interesting.

Excellent, we had a lovely time. The temperature of the room at 18 degrees was a little warm for us, but this is a problem we often have in hotels, but in this case we were able to open the door which was good.

I really enjoyed our stay at Wentzl Hotel. The staff and service was excellent & I would give them 10/10 for efficiency. Breakfast was great and staff were very attentive and helped to ensure that we had a wonderful stay. Location couldn't be better.

A wonderful hotel, very elegant comfortable room and good air-conditioning, also good TV reception.Beautiful bathroom, only minor drawback was lack of counter space for storing toilet articles. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have seen anywhere! Pleasant and helpful staff.

Very good hotel; staff friendly and attentive; room and en suite very good although bed not very comfortable and the double size was made up with two single duvets, which was a bit confusing. View over the square was excellent. Food at dinner was very good but breakfast was a little disappointing - eggs overcooked etc.

Excellent hotel, especially central location and front window view of square. Staff very courteous, food excellent,room very clean etc. A hotel lounge would be an asset.
