The location is brilliant; some very nice local restaurants and bars on the same street, which has a nice ambiance. Also very near to the other bars and restaurants in Kazimierze and only a short tram ride from the old town. The room was lovely and on the first floor as requested. Breakfast was very good too. If we go to Krackow again we will definitely to back to this hotel.

Best hotel of our two week travel through eastern Europe. Beautifully done renovation/restoration. Large rooms, absolutely terrific restaurant (and breakfasts) and a wonderful staff that goes above and beyond to be helpful. wish we could have stayed longer and would return in a heartbeat.

Friendly, relaxed and extremely comfortable, but also elegantly furnished; perhaps a little expensive. My one very minor criticism is that the curtains in my room were not quite wide enoough for the windows.

Very nice hotel. The staff was speaking excellent English and was very serviceminded. To be served at the outdoor facility took to long time. There was also a problem for every person to have his bill charged on the room.
