Polski Krakow

Also known as the Hotel under the White Eagle, Polski is a pre-war hotel that has been given a new lease of life with a recent refurbishment. It's a bankable but smart, mid-range option in the very heart of Cracow's Old Town. You can step next door right into the Museum of the Czartoryski Princes, who still own the surrounding buildings. Their museum is the much envied home of Leonardo's 'Lady With An Ermine', one of Cracow's greatest treasures. A good many singles and doubles are available to guests of the hotel, and if you want to splash out, there are a handful of suites to choose from. After a hearty breakfast, you'll feel perfectly placed to explore the city.

Hotel was lovely great room with lots of space even though there were 3 of us sharing very helpful staff, clean and beds were comfortable. Already aware that it was in a noisy part of Krakow but not as bad as we thought. Very central easy walking distance of everything. Krakow was a beautiful mix of old and new buildings cafe bars and the food was excellent. We were approached by a women to try a restaurant which was tucked away at the back of a building on the top floor. The restaurant was superb lovely decor excellent food and excellent value for money. The wild boar stroganoff melted in your mouth. Explore the alley ways as there are gallerys and shops and cafe tucked away in little courtyards. 24 hour supermarket accross the square. Definately going back to explore further.
