Well positioned within easy reach of station, old town etc. However, location is noisy if your room overlooks Ul Floryanska (the street).

First room on 3rd floor - tiny, no elevator, should be a single room - moved to another room next day at a slight increase, big comfortable room, staff friendly and helpful

This hotel is in a great location right in the centre of the old town in Krakow and only about a 10 minute walk from the railway station. The breakfast was quite good and there was certainly enough food to get. The staff were very helpful and made us feel welcome. The main feature of this hotel was without doubt its great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Floryan and the service was excellent; accommodations were perfect for our family of four. We also appreciated the scheduling of tours to Nowa Huta (our tour guide, Lucas, was outstanding) and Auschmitz, both perfectly timed.
