A lovely hotel, lovely staff and an excellent location. I usually stay at the Wentzl hotel for all of my trips to Krakow but after staying at the Grodek, I will make it my first choice from now on!

Hotel fantastic and have already recommended to friends but reception staff not particularly friendly (although doorman superb service) Restaurant was as good as any we tried and slightly better value than some restaurants.

We loved it. When we arrived we were very worried as there are building works on both sides of the hotel. But it made no difference to our stay at all. The hotel is charming. So were the staff.

Lovely hotel with helpful staff. Only problem was having to wait a day for the curtain in the room to be fixed. One or two hooks had come off the rail and the window top was too high to reach with out a stepladder.

The hotel is ok, but not a 5 star as they classify themselves. There was no toaster at the breakfast buffet, and the waiters did not come to the table to offer coffee, if they saw you walking around, they offered it. The temperature regulartor for the cooling/heating system in our room was broken..so no way to regulate the temperature!!! The curtains with the blackout, were too narrow for the size of the windows, so there was light coming inside the room from early in the morning!! In the bathroom, the washing basin plug was broken... And...there is a huge construction that just started, next to the hotel, so if you are a late riser, don't go to Grodek Hotel!! Sorry, cannot recommend it.

Really good hotel. Rooms comfortable, beautifully decorated, it was quiet (as advertised) and the service was excellent. The only thing we think could be improved was the breakfast - the coffee was like dishwater! But in all other respects it was really, really good. My mum left behind some jewellery; the hotel not only found it but are forwarding it to her.

Location was great............such a short walk down Sienna street to the main market square! Room was adorable (but beds were a bit too soft). Breakfast was great! Parking was a bit challenging............

The Grodek hotel is beautiful,spotless and really comfortable.It is in an idel location to explore Krakow.The staff are very friendly and helpful with advise on trips.The breakfast is lovely and very fresh.The only downfall was they permit smoking in their libary bar. There was aman smoking a cigar and it was very unplesent and we had to leave but i would highly recommond this hotel.

Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Air conditioning was well appreciated during a very hot week in Krakow. Staff were very helpful in arranging transportation to the airport and Auschwitz. Hotel is very centrally located and is less than 5 minutes walk to the central square.

Hotel was very comfortable and largely as illustrated on it's Web site. There was nothing we could have wanted which wasn't available. However first floor rooms were very small and there is building work going on beside the hotel which although not noisey spoiles the outside appearance The hotel is very convenient to the old town, and all things considered I would be happy to recommend it to friends.

Lovely room, excellent value, friendly staff. The only promblem was with our dinner booking on the first nigh, we were told it was not necessary to book, however when we arrived for dinner they could not accommodate us as it was too busy. Breakfast could be improved when quite by cook ing eggs to order as the fried eggs were always hard from being stored. I hope these point might improve other guests staying with you. We realy enjoyed ourselves and thought the hotel was beautyfull

Wonderful hotel in perfect location - near old market square, opposite park - central and yet quiet. Staff friendly, welcoming and helpful. Rooms full of character, comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast (included)is large fresh buffet + hot dishes - delicious. Incredibly good value and a great place to stay. Thank you.

This is a lovely botique hotel. The staff very friendly and accommodating. We had been given the wrong room on arrival but this was put right for the three remaining nights. My friend has a food allegy and kitchen staff were very helpful with this. Hotel very central.

Lovely hotel on a quiet cul-de-sac. Very close to all the sights. The rooms were spotlessly clean. There is also an excellent restaurant in the hotel.
