My wife and I stayed at Unicus Hotel in June 2011 and had a great time. The hotel was the best we stayed in in 4 weeks travelling in Europe. The staff at reception very, very helpful with free internet use of their own computer. Nothing was a problem and they all spoke very good English which helped as we spoke absolutely no Polish. I thoroughly recommend that anyone who visits Krakow stays here as the location is also excellent, only a very short walk to the main Old Town Square. Breakfasts were best we had in Europe also. I would also highly recommend the restaurant. We had a sensational meal there and were so impressed that I went to meet the chef. The restaurant was not busy but it should be as this guy can really cook and the waiters and waitresses were also first class. The prices are very cheap for the quality and presentation of food. It should be on every visitor to Krakow's list of places to eat. I would definitely recommend this hotel, thanks for a wonderful time in Krakow.

Excellent hotel, excellent service in a very good location. Breakfasts were brilliant. The staff were professional, affable, and helpful.

lovely bathroom. bed rather small- we had double while nowadays we expect at least a five foot. the sinlges also looked tiny. breakfast was excellebt, the best i have had at a hotel. service good

Fantastic service and room the only down side was the noise from the street at night.
