Kolanko No 6 website

Kolanko No.6 is one of those Cracow specialities - a place that is almost impossible to define - is it a cafe? a pub? a place for light meals? All the rule books are thrown out of the window in this cosy and cheerful den, where you can enjoy a beer one minute, and order delicious nalesniki (Polish pancakes, or crepes) the next - their speciality. Hungry guests can kick off with a tasty soup such as onion or broccoli and garlic, and then there's a royal range of delicious pancakes to choose from, with everything from Mexican to chocolate options. Tea lovers won't be disappointed either if you need a cuppa to ward off the cold. Meanwhile, you'll find plenty of good chill-out music drifting from the speakers, with blues, jazz and ethnic beats in abundance, and if you really want, you can enjoy it all while sitting in an old dentist's chair - pure Kazimierz.

Came here on a cold and seriously wet day in March and was not disappointed. Warm and cosy atmosphere and friendly service - and the crepes are pretty good too! Try it.

Cosi, nice, relaxing atmosphere. It's a really good place to have a break, drink herbata, eat something and, why not, read or study. Only one remark: you can find better cakes in Kraków.

Lovely relaxed unusual little care/bar/restaurant. Sat at midnight reading old English magazines and drinking vodka. Definately worth a visit.

This is the kind of a place that on one hand you want to keep a secret from everyone, then again you want to recommend to everyone as well. Simply put: this is a pancake place with every filling available on this planet, from meat, veggies, pudding, fruits and chocolate (just not all mixed together). Enjoy

fantastic place that we sought out in the rain! It has a very relaxed atmosphere and serves great food - can recommend the pancakes. Also has a lovely garden out the back. Staff helpful and service is very quick. Ideal cafe/restaurant for a quick snack whilst exploring Kazimierz although I'm sure during the evening it offers the same ambience.
