"We recently moved to Poland from the States and were taken to Polakowski's by some Polish friends who live near the restaurant, during our first week here. We had already eaten at several other places, some fancy, some not, in the city, and wanted to try this place at their suggestion. Great food, good prices, easy to order, too, as the menu is in Polish on one side and in English on the other. The only wine they had when were there was in tiny bottles, about a glass in each, but food portions were good and everything was tasty. The place was packed with Poles eating their lunch, but we got a table and ordered and received our food quickly, as turnover of tables was high. We ordered at the central register area, rather than at the table and picked up our food there, also. Great place to try Polish traditional food." | Bookratt United States Jan.10.2008 Overall rating 4/5 |
