This is a reasonably-priced option on the way to Kazimierz. You'll find it on the grand avenue that links Wawel Castle with the Ancient Jewish district. It's been done up in a faintly folksy, hearty style, with Highland style chairs from the South. Their express lunch for 12 zloty is a bargain, and might make a for a fine pitsop after having explored Wawel Hill. It's classic Polish fare, with plenty of meaty options to ward off the cold. A smattering of international dishes too. ** There are now guestrooms above that can accommodate 10 people!**

Can't go wrong with this place. Been there 4 times on 2 visits to Krakow. Good food and reasonably priced. Please seek it out if going to Krakow as you won't be disappointed

My wife and I ate here the last night of our stay in Krakow. We wanted to make sure that we had eatn as much traditional Polish food as possible. We had an excellent meal of traditional fare. If you're looking to experience tradition of the culture as a traveler this is where you should go eat.

You can actually order this very nice food over the phone - and have it delivered free of charge. (There's more information about this on their website). A very reasonably-priced and pleasant restaurant, serving simple but delicious food. Worth a try!
