Niebieski's funky restaurant rustles up classic Polish and International cuisine, complimented by a fine selection of wines from the New World. Niebieski goes that little bit further than most in offering its guests something a bit different, and you'll find talented local musicians tinkling the ivories until the wee hours (blues, jazz and new interpretations of Polish classics).
