| | "we always eat here when we are in krakow. menu is excellent and often updated to keep a good choice. ceasar salad and fillet steak is always a good choice. As with all good restaurants, that cook fresh food, there can sometimes be a short wait for your meal but the selection of fresh warm breads keeps you satisfied in the meantime. | | "Really excellent food - no doubt about it - and some of the best service to be found in the city. As always, the staff make a great effort to make guests welcome (including children who are not simply tolerated but actually well looked after!) The menu is fresh and interesting, with a good range of intelligent dishes prepared to the highest standards. The only one slight criticism is that the food did take a long time to arrive, but it was certainly worth the wait. All in all - a winner!" | Mark Bradshaw

| | "Surprisingly, for a cultural city, Krakow suffers from a distinct lack of great modernistic cuisine restaurants. However, The Metropolitan is the only one I know of it's kind in Krakow, the modern surroundings provide a great ambiance for casual or official dining, this coupled with it's fusion-style and International menu make this Restaurant a top priority for good nosh and vino. The head Chef, Laurant, is French, all the way from Paris; his ability to cook fine food is second to none.
