I turned up for a late lunch at 3pm in August and needed a table outside because I’d forgotten to bring the lock for my bicycle and needed to keep a close eye on it. We asked the waitress, Kamila Sgozara, to give us the next table that came free, and patiently waited, very visibly, to one side. 25 minutes later we were still waiting and I saw an outside table for 2 be given to one person on their own. We went up to ask Kamila the waitress, and she told us “the person who was sitting there before knew the lady and gave the table to her”. This turned out be a bare faced lie. No offer was made to ask the person to wait for the next table, and no apology was offered. An example of appalling service, appalling waitressing and bad manners. It’s important for tourists visiting Krakow to vote with their feet in establishments that offer the very worst service, in a city where good restaurant service is very rare. " | Peter

The courtyard was full when i went so opted for the inside restaurant and to be frank i wish i hadn't bothered.
