Nuova Cosa Nostra Restaurant is nestled in a historic tenement house in the Kazimierz district. During winter, its cosy cellar room is a warm refuge from the cold, while in the summer its patio invites guests to dine in the sunshine. The speciality of the restaurant is fresh frutti di mare, particularly lobster, prepared using Nuova Cosa Nostra's unique recipe. Shrimp, including tiger prawns, and a variety of seafood salads are also on offer. Another speciality includes the typical Italian afternoon dish, Zuppa: a plate of fish and seafood in tomato sauce and frittura. For those who prefer their food to munch on grass and not seaweed, the restaurant also offers steaks prepared in a classic Italian style, pork dishes, veal, and ham, as well as pastas in their homemade pesto sauce or other sauces. And of course, an Italian dining experience wouldn't be complete without Italian wine, which Nuova Cosa Nostra offers starting at 45 zloty a bottle.
