Redolfi first opened as a very fancy cake shop way back in 1823. It still has a fairly classic air about it, with elegant wooden furnishings and light jazz emanating from the speakers. Of the restaurants on the Market Square, it's one of your better bets, with a good array of salads and intriguing starters such as salmon with lime sauce and honey. Pork escalops with juniper sauce and a variety of veal dishes are amongst their well-delivered mains. With a view out across the old market square you're unlikely to feel cheated. Friendly service. |
