Percheron Restaurant-Cafe Oranżeria

|
Classic modern furniture fills the spaces of Percheron, while the walls are decorated with glimpses into Poland's cultural history. The name Percheron actually covers a few spaces within the spanking new Kossak hotel. The Percheron restaurant offers fusion European cuisine, such as their delicious trout fillet fried in blue cabbage and fennel seeds, served on plum drop scones in white wine sauce. The Lobby Bar is a relaxing place to unwind with a glass of wine and boasts a beautifully illuminated copy of a painting by Juliusz Kossak. Upstairs on the sixth floor are larger rooms available for hire for receptions or business meetings. The cherry on top of the Percheron name has got to be the rooftop Orangery cafe, which easily has one of the most breathtaking views in the city. Grab a coffee and a light bite to eat on the observation deck with amazing views onto the Old Town, Wawel castle, and the promenade along the Vistula river. |
