Pimiento Argentino Grill likes to boast that they have the best steaks in town. A bold claim indeed, but Pimiento don't do things by halves and import the best quality beef straight in from Argentina, guaranteeing a taste you won't find anywhere else in Krakow. Cynics will be pleased to discover that the restaurant's kitchen partly opens into the dining room, so you can watch as the cooks grill and prepare those prime slabs of meat right before your eyes! Also housed in the restaurant's cozy interior are a wide variety of new world wines from Argentina, Chile and Uruguay, providing the perfect compliment to any meal.

I would definitely recommend the 4 steak platter its a peice of fillet a rib eye a sirloin and a rump cooked to perfection.
The service was excellent and the wines and beer of good quality and our waitress Alexander was a tribute to the restaurant

Just arrived back from Krakow. After a really bad meal the first night we really needed something good to eat. Pimiento did not let us down. There were 8 of us and we all had fab starters and really tasty main courses. Pablo (Paul) and the rest of the staff made us feel so welcome. Its hard to find a really good meal in Krakow but here you wouldnt be disappointed

Had a meal here yesterday with five friends. Can highly recommend the restaurant, great food, great servive and great value.

I was at Krakow with my husband the last weekend in september, I made a reservation at this restaurant, and in the occasion of my husbands birthday , i asked for a surprise for dessert after dinner.It was not easy o find the restaurant from where we started, but the manager called me and helped us find the correct direction. It was a perfect place for a perfect romantic dinner and for a perfect Sirloin .. the evening was perfect.. the service the wine and of course the delicious cake made for us for dessert .. so I will highly recomend this restaurant , best meal in Krakow.. thank you Pawel.

Went to restaurant 23 Sept had fabulous steaks which were to die for. Mushroom sauce was pretty good too. Would definitely recommend and visit again if I was in Krakow.

We love this place, it's the best steak in Krakow. We have been here many times since it's opening. Service has always been excellent.

Absolutely fantastic interior and atmosphere but the food we had was awful. Fat and greasy steak came nearly cold after 45mins waiting time. I'm sure you can find a better place to have a decent meal in Kazimierz. Hope I will. Arriving in two weeks time:)

Stumbled across this place in the old Jewish district. The steak was superb and the whole meal was excelent. Very good service and good selection of wine.

TOGETHER WITH MY BOYFRIEND I WENT TO MANY RESTAURANTS IN KRAKOW LAST SEPTEMBER, ALL AROUND MAIN SQERE-WAIST OF TIME AND MONEY COS THEY ARE OVERPRICED AND POORE QUALITY FOOD IS SERVED THERE. ONLY NICE PLACE WE FOUND IS THIS RESTAURANT- PIMIENTO ARGENTINO GRIL, MAY BE A LITTLE PRICY, BT I DONT MIND PAY FOR QUALITY, GOOD STEAK, HOT PLATE( FUNNY ENOUGH IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND PLACE IN KRAKOW SERVING FOOD ON HOT PLATES), GOOD SELECTION OF WINES, VERY GOOD SERVICE(THAT IS ALSO DIFFICULT TO GET IN KRAKOW. GOOD NIGHT OUT, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

the steaks we had were ok, but the athmosphere and the service is just sooo greta and the manager is very goodlooking:)

We never really had the chance to taste quality of the food here. After 90 minutes of waiting, we gave up and asked for the bill. The manager showed up (at last) and explained that this isn't McDonald's and we should not expect a quick service. We left.

I'm little bit disappointed according to what I expected from this place. First of all is too expensive. And it's not the issue I can't afford to this level of restaurant, but it is just not worth for what you get. Second reason is food - it's not so good. I expected something really delicious for that money. I have visited several good steak places all over the Europe, and to be honest this one will close the ranking. I took kind of meat mixture from various part and everything tasted exactly the same.

And the most important think, if you will anyhow decide to go there - never, ever take squid as a starter - they have no bloody idea how to prepare it.

excellent food

We ate here and really enjoyed the excellent steaks. The service was very good and the price whilst a bit more expensive than normal for Krakow was cheap by UK standards bearing in mind the quality of the food.

Nice, trendy and clean cut restaurant. My boyfriend had the steak, which was to die for, but my ribs were awful they were so dry and chewy that my jaw hurt afterwards from all the chewing, therefore only order steak here and you wont be disappointed.

Brilliant - quite well hidden in Kaziemerz but a great find when you happen across it. Just missed Liverpool Dave by a day - we were there 21/09. Cant remember the price but it wasn't dear by any means - the 4 of us had steaks, beer, wine and we didn't burst the bank. The steaks were at least equal to anything I've had before - most enjoyable (I asked for rare and the waitress seemed to be taken aback by this) Satff were extremely friendly - Cant get over the diffrenec between Polish staff in culinary business and that of the UK - no wonder they get all the jobs.

OUTSTANDING! I typically never go to the same resturant twice when visiting a city. However, I made an exception in this case. This resturant compares to 99% of the best places in Rome, Paris or Prague at a fraction of the price.

Went there for meal 22/9- T-bone steaks excellent; nice, clean venue; v good service; 500 pln for 4 x 3-course+ wine; would go again!
