Farmona has a flotilla of reasons to justify a trip beyond the Old Town walls. Their resident Belgian chef, Jean Bos, won his spurs dishing up delectable dinners to King Baudouin I. He has also worked as chef for Prince Rainier of Monaco, as well as at the Grand Hotel de Cala Rossa in Corsica. He's the only chef in town who's a member of the Euro Toques club. But enough hype, the proof will be in the pudding. Monsieur Bos has created a menu that takes in a variety of European influences, and a fine wine list is on hand. Next door there is a spa, so you can spend the whole day spoiling yourself if you feel inclined
