The famous Surf & Turf buffet, open every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, has already become an ID of the Milk & Co Restaurant, located in the Radisson Blu Hotel. Surf means fresh fish and seafood, while Turf are steaks, poultry, pork and many others. All dishes may be prepared according to guests' guidelines: cooked, fried, roasted or grilled. They also offer a buffet of delicious salads, starters, appetizers, and light soups. The price of the buffet is 120 PLN per person for a full buffet and house wine. For an additional 120 PLN the cook shall prepare a fresh lobster according to your own suggestion.
