Coffee Heaven

With temperatures cruising well into the minuses during the snowy winter months, a cup of steaming coffee certainly is akin to an elixir from heaven. The crew of Coffee Heaven are sure to present you with nothing but the best, and they've got a dizzying array of lattes and frappes up their sleeves. This may not be the most Polish place in town, but you may find it a refreshing alternative when you've had enough of all those cellar dungeons. The Coffee Heaven team also rustles up a mean range of snacks, so you can duck in here for a quick lunch.

My boyfriend loved carrot cake there. A day before returning overseas we hurried to have this cake again. Unfortunately CH was closed few minutes before our arrival. Staff was cleaning. We knock unsure to a window & we were nicely surprised they opened & sold us all cake that was left!
Very nice staff, great coffee (better than Starbucks) & I wish I gad recipe for the cake :-)

My husband and I enjoy Star Bucks here in Canada. Coffee Heaven offers the same items on their menu so we had "coffee heaven" all the way to Krakow. Great coffee and staff.

what do you need to know? Coffee heaven is a modern chain selling good coffee. Nothing special but ok if you get bored of all those atmospheric Cracovian dungeons

The longest I have ever had to wait for a cup of take-out coffee! The service was bad as well; the girl just gave me my change and backed away, not bothering to explain on which of the counter or how soon I was going to get my cuppa. Then the two females at the machine were playing around with it for a few long minutes squirting out some water (I imagine they would call it cleaning it) rather than making my simple espresso! Even though it tasted fine, I'm not gonna go there again, out of principle.

The best coffee in town! I know - I've tried them all! The food is very nice too and the place warm - so nice in this cold weather!
