Someplace Else

Someplace Else is the Sheraton's laid back drinking hole. As well as being a friendly place to unwind with a beer, the bar also serves up some lip-smacking tucker, with a good range of steaks, tex-mex and pizzas. In summer you can enjoy a wonderful terrace. Someplace Else is also one of the few places in town to possess that rarest of treasures, a dukebox, so switch on that magic tune, and see if you can set hearts fluttering with your Humphey Bogart chatter.

Relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff - especially the incredibly handsome barman, Kamil.
Bar food is really good - we went there twice in a matter of days - and is served in a timely fashion (but is not 'fast food', thank goodness).
They have a special Thanksgiving menu this week (26 November 07), with a great range to try alongside the normal menu.
Thoroughly enjoyed the visit, and will be heading back there on my next trip to Krakow!

the food is grim, no really unpalatable, but the only place to watch live games. Just seen the ENG v FRA World Cup semi, great atmosphere, good bunch of people and very nice staff. The Poles are great.

Good place to watch the Cricket World Cup - in fact pretty much the only place to see it in Cracow! Not too pricey either - recommended!

I stay at the Sheraton when in Krakow for work. I decided to eat here this past Saturday. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. My food was cold, took 50 minutes to arrive and I was ignored by the waitress even though I was sitting at the bar. Service is the complete opposite of the Olive or the Qube. I was totally disapointed and surprised since the staff here are Sheraton staff. You actually can order from the SPE menu at Qube and get a million times better service. I won't be going back here again.

Great place to watch sports. A multitude of plasma screens. Loads of space. Great food & service. Very reasonably priced for a Sheraton.

Watched the first England Game here in June 06. Lots of screens so all could have a good view, great atmosphere, the beer was the best we had all weekend and the food was great too. Watch out for the shots though – some of us “peaked” early as a result. If you are a sports fan you will not be able to fault this bar.

Superb bar, great for sports, this weekend as I watched Arsenal-Liverpool, my friends watched France-England 5 nations. Beautiful and friendly staff.

Best place to watch sport in Cracow, hands down. Lots of big plasma screens, and plenty of space.

Had a couple of drinks after a big walk and the staff is friendly as expected. Good choice

Good Service and a good selection of drinks. However, its such an outdated, 80's looking bar for a venue that has only been open 4 months; somewhat reminiscent of a tacky American stlye bar. The bar does serve bar snacks, though these are well below par on quality for a bar that belongs and is situated within a 5 star Sheraton hotel. This is Europe, not America!
