Showtime

Scurry up the stairs of this mansion on the square and soak up some pop and rock sounds, Cracow style. There are live concerts everyday, but when the band's not playing you can enjoy a panorama of Europe's largest medieval plaza - this is about the only bar above ground on the whole square. The barman will be happy to recommend the choicest Polish beers and vodkas, many of which have histories that read like Tolstoy sagas. Concerts kick off at half nine and the club remains open until the last guest leaves.

thought showtime was great,took me right back music was great

spent a few hours playing pool here every evening for 4 days just chilling out and watching life go by in the square,great change from all the underground cellar bars,
didnt stay around late at night to see the music but enjoyed the bar for what it was

Get to Krakow every six weeks or so with work and ALWAYS make sure I start the night off in Showtime. Love the atmosphere, the bands are always fantastic and met some great people here too. Can't recommend enough!!

Absolutely great bar with amazing live music. Different bands/singers every night. We have been many times over the years and the live bands have all been very good indeed. Highly recommended!

Best live music and relaxed atmosphere in town also nicest doorman Tomas is his name you will ever meet. A must see and go... 5 star

Superb may be the word... or fantastic!! Brilliant bar with great atmosphere from really friendly staff... you're welcomed by 'Vladimir the great' (worlds biggest man) with his two brothers. Approach the bar or barmaids to be woo'd into buying great drinks by the most beautiful women... then experience the fantastic music (funky, jazzy, and popy) and you know you're in heaven! Ich war mit zwei Freunden am 17.+18.08.2007 im Showtime. Ein Spitzenclub und ein MUSS für jeden Club und Musikfan. Gute Musik und nette Leute. Besser geht es kaum.

I was in Showtime on 8/9-06-2007 with my two girlfriends. Was great, we had a fun; good music (Freshback :o)) and the group of Englishman sat beside us near the door-they were so nice, esp.one of them- tall with black hair and white shirt- maybe he'll read this- I wish...

This is the best place in Krakow. Since my last review I have been back 3 times. The staff are brilliant and the doorman is such a gentleman. This place is the business. I am back on the 21st June - cant wait. Love to Showtime - Bucko

Yes a nice place went in twice and could not get a seat.
Waitresses are certainly sexy--but not on the game.
If there is a criticism its that the live band room is a bit small and pillars get in your view unless you come early and get a good seat.
wortha visit if only to see the girls.

Been to Krakow 4 times in last year and this is my teams favourite spot. Saw group on Friday 17th November who play one of the best versions of Georgy Porgy (Toto cover) that I have ever heard. Am back on December 7th - Can`t wait!!

Went to Krakow for an extended weekend. Had a great time in "Showtime"! Certainly the band "Freshback" rocks! Great choice of songs, good music, lovely singers! A must when visiting Krakow.

Really excellent. The atmosphere was brilliant, along with the service. The music of course was superb, a covers band doing some excellent versions of well known classics. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Went here for new years eve. MISTAKE.! When a rock band starts off with ballards and sticks to them every 2/3 songs, you know you wont be dancing much. Then when the drummer and keyboad players did a duet, it started off ok, until the drummer started to punch the symbols. Had a good night but not the best choice... Has potential for fun. Great service.
