Music Bar Light Box Gallery

This pretty well-known music club, Music Bar Light Box Gallery seems to be especially popular with a young crowd, who hang out in the upstairs cafe (with its minstrel's gallery and electronic dartboards!) during the day, and slip down to the cellar club in the evening. Like many Cracow clubs, the basement has been divided into several themed rooms, one of which has a dance floor where you can strut your stuff. That is, if you can find any room once the young partygoers descend. If you like the hot and swinging scene, this is for you.

The underground labrinth is fantastic, great electro tunes and cracking atmosphere.

this is actually two places - Music bar number 9, and the Light Box Gallery. The first is a nice open pub on the ground floor with a couple of electronic dartboards and just loads of seating basically. The music bar no 9 club downstairs is a frankly speaking awful place with a terrible soundsystem, cheesy music and very unsophisticated crowd - but not a bad place to try and pick up at least, and the light box gallery is a good looking space upstairs, although for some reason hasn't proved that popular as far i know... i tend to avoid all teh places on Szewska because they seem to attract the Polish version of the English crowd you'd find on the average Costa Brava strip.

This place is great no matter what you're looking for. Good chilled out bar upstairs perfect for starting off the night or a few cheeky ones mid afternoon. Then head downstairs for a great night, always full of lovely local ladies and the atmosphere is fun and friendly. Will be coming back on 17th Dec with Ewelina - the sexiest girl in Krakow :)

i was in Poland for 4 mounths and i think this place is wonderfull. i speet very nice moment and i met very nice polish woman. i am from Tenerife but i miss the polish night in Cracow. i will back to Pub9

me an the boys were here on the 11th and 12th of august. wat a wkd nite, me an me ol pal mitch ripped it up all nite!! dj was quality both nites, cant wait to go back...whey!!!

This place is the Dogs! Just been here on my Stag weekend, and it is packed full of hot babes. Not many will put out though, and if you need to score the only place you will do it is in a seedy little whorehouse elsewhere. That's what some of the boys in my group have told me anyway!!

They do like foreigners at MB9 especially the girls. There are some thugs who go there as well as Polish guys traveling in packs who you may see with the same red ski jacket and amount of gel in their hair, but I have never had a problem. I spent my first year in Krakow there and have had many a memorable night. The best part is you will always find people there, any hour and any day of the week. You can't say that about most places in Krakow.

Place is bad, not all Polish hate outsiders just the one that dont understand we need them. Those Polish people act like Germans

Excellent night spot, great for steppin' out with your lady. They beat on foreigners with superiority complexes.

If you're the type of discerning gentlemen that enjoys a olde-fashioned savage beating at the hands of local toughs; then this establishment is brewing your cup of tea. One moment I was enjoying conversation and drinks with a young lady; the next moment I was a contestent in a one on six battle for my mortal soul. My pride was pillaged. My dignity raped. I was mercilessly ravaged by former Spetznaz assassins. No one will help you here. May the force be with you.

Interesting club for not only student's. Fist you go to the play dart, but evening you must go to the celler - night dance.

Don't know what everyone here is complaining about - this place is great! Genuine atmosphere, not the Disney effects you get in other pubs with all that folkloric nonsense! Give me a break!

this is the perfect place for all these awful foreign guys on stag party weekends and all the other foreign rejects who come here desperately looking for women - please don't spoil some of our finer clubs in the city and yes all 12 of you look really stupid wearing the same t-shirt with some pathetic sexual innuendo

In this pub, they definitely can't stand foreigners, if you don't speak polish don't go there!!!

Dangerous place, a lot of naughty and agressive lads in sport outfits. Be aware about thieft. Place's security is not protective for guests anyway.
