Ministerstwo email

A lot of care has gone into the creation of this hip venue and it's paid off. Ministerswo has quickly taken its place as one of the liveliest bars in the Old Town. Descend the fantastical stairway and find a setup that outgrooves most of its rivals. Unlike many of Cracow's subterranean bars, the owners have infused it with a sparkling dose of good cheer, with vibrant decor and a pumping sound system to match. Like an Alladins's cave, a new room appears at every turn, with the medieval walls concealing what is in fact a very large venue. So there's plenty of space to flop about in. And what of the upstairs cafe in the courtyard? Keep this under your hat old bean but this is one of the most agreeable places to have a drink in Cracow.

Ministerstwo

Good place to go! I went there a couple of days ago with my mate Tony from Alicante and we had a lot of fun there... with the local guests but also with the barkeepers working there... Especially "Carles Pujol" who owes his nick to his amazing resemblance to the Barça soccer playert... he was a whole lot of fun... :-) (Cheers, Carles!!! :-)))
Unfortunately his colleague was more the Kenny Lund/Lenny C... type...
Anyway... Also the ladies were quite approachable... Isa was definitely my favourite one... such a pity that we couldn't stay in touch... But, hey! maybe this site gives us a second chance, ah...? ;-)

Gorgeous place! Went there with my good old chum Juan, and had a whale of a time for two days in a row. Nice atmosphere, wonderful people and very friendly barmen. Highly recommended.

Loved this place, went here 3 nights out of 3. They play pretty much rnb and hip-hop, and the dance floor was always busy. Some nice looking girls in here, who were very approachable, we meet a good looking bunch of girls who took us to a mad after party when the night there finished.
Definitly recommned

Hi,
I went there just from 4pm to 8pm upstairs in the "garden" with some nice company and it's a very nice place. the barman is inspired and is able to go beyond the list of drinks. I've just visited downsatir but i'll be back to party there... how amazing style !!!:)

Tuesdays are 'Today' at Ministerstwo - Krakow's best midweek party! Drinks promos before 12 (ask at the bar) and funky, eclectic music. The party has a regular crowd of cool party people, plus new faces wander in every week to keep it fresh!

A very nice design of a place, loved it! But people are soooo terrible... We just sat there for 15 minutes and left. But if u r a crowd already and just want a nice place for a drink, it´s a good choice!

Like many of Cracow's drinking dens, this music club is tucked away off an apparently empty hallway and would be easy to miss but for the crimson glowing staircase that can be spied through a street window. Stagger down the Faustian flights as I did after one too many glasses of the rocket fuel that masquerades as Polish beer and you begin to wonder about your sanity. A row of silver grasping hands plead for a drink from the well-stocked bar, or are they bar stools for the thirsty customers? A ruby red pair of lips pouts at me around a corner, or is it a sofa? Taking in the contortions of the furniture requires a force of will so I grabbed myself a pint (Ok, half a litre) of potent brew and retired to the farthest room where I reclined on a chaise-longue. There are agood number of benches seats and sofas, but why sit down when you can lie down and watch the swirly shapes projecting onto the walls. The place truly is cavernous, literally in some places, with a deceptive number of rooms off the main thoroughfare. One of these houses the dj, whose pounding break beats along with a smattering of James Brown soul finally lifted me from my slumber and propelled me onto the good sized dance floor until the wee small hours.
Despite the plethora of other places to explore in this vibrant city, I found myself determined to visit Ministerstwo again the next day, to ensure that I didn't imagine its freakish charm. Its fair to say that it captivated me all over again. A must-see place, whatever your mental condition.

We agree the bar stools are unusual. The place really rocks. Great tunes. We went there 3 nights, and each night there was a excellent and friendly atmosphere. Wicked!!!

This bar is great! We were curious because a lot of people were going in so we tried it and true enough, the place rocks! I agree, the bar seats were quite funny.

This bar was great, we were there in the off season, so it wasn't very crowded. The bartenders spoke great english and were very friendly. Would definitely go back.
